Making an appointment
Using given in the end of the text telephone you can contact members of the team of “Adaptacia”, to have a short conversation. You are supposed to tell him/her your name and describe your reasons to seek counselling. The goal of this preliminary conversation is to let us decide which specialist of the service will meet your needs best, to refer you to him/her. In case we are not able to meet your problem well enough, we shall suggest you which specialized service to contact. During this phone interview a convenient for you time (that means a day and an hour) will be scheduled to let you meet one of the specialists, working in the practice. If, by any reason it is impossible, to schedule time for meeting during the initial phone conversation, you shall be asked for your phone number, to let us call you later.

“Adaptacia” works with clients since Monday to Friday, since 09.00 to 19.00. Different specialists have individual weekly schedule. Examination and counselling sessions are made only after before hand made appointment. It is possible to make appointment for the weekends or holidays after negotiation with the concrete professional.
